Registrations are taken up to the third week of a session. Class fees are prorated. All classes after the first class must be registered at the rink.

Richmond Skating Stars is a year-round Learn to Skate USA program endorsed by U.S. Figure Skating, USA Hockey and US SpeedSkating, specializing in Skating Programs for all ages and levels of skating abilities. Learn from the best instructors available and advance your skating skills!

• 7 thirty minute group lessons

Cost per 7 week session: $129
$25 annual registration fee (all first time participants and returning skaters once per year, July 1 - June 30)
• Parent/Sibling Skate: $25 per person/8 week session
• Family member can skate during the 30 minute practice session, skate rental is included
Beginning Skating Level Options
- Snowplow Sam 1: Ages 3 - 6
- Basic 1: Ages 7 and up
- Adult 1: Ages 18 and up

Parent/Sibling Skate - $25
Family member can skate during the 30 minute practice session on the skater's class day. Skate rental is included (for parents/siblings of evening & Saturday classes).
Homeschool class (Tuesdays) - Parents and siblings can skate during the public session following the lesson. Skate rental is included.
Skaters can book private lessons with most of our coaches. We offer lessons during the class practice time or during our public sessions/freestyle sessions. If you have questions or would like to book a lesson (or continuing lessons), CLICK HERE.
Make-Up Class Policy
One make-up class per session. To schedule, please call Gaby Corcoran, Skating Director at 378-7465 x104 or [email protected]. Please contact Gaby with your make up request. One the day of the make up class, your make up slip will be at the front desk. Your make-up class is only allowed during the current session in which you are enrolled.
